I joined Reach Your Peak PT as part of The Wellbeing Project in May of 2015. I lost 15kgs by following their 4 week eating plan and attending the group training sessions. I’ve managed to maintain this weight loss comfortably over the past 6 months and still regularly cook recipes from the eating plan. Given my results and the enjoyment I have had at Peak PT I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone.
