I highly recommend Danielle for Wellness Coaching. Danielle helped me to identify some areas to focus on and some of the reasons why I was unable to break the weight loss cycle. We didn’t focus on weight loss but on changing a few habits week by week. The result has been better than expected and exceeded my initial goals. I lost 10kg in 6 months and feel physically and mentally better than I have felt in many, many years. Danielle didn’t judge me which made it easy for me to be honest with her and myself.
